Limited to 12 competitors per age group.

Learn to cook and barbeque in a safe and fair competition
Youth entering the Kids Que will be provided a grill to cook on, charcoal, and one pound of hamburger beef (Kids Que 10 and under).
Youth entering the Junior Que will be provided a grill to cook on, charcoal, and one steak that is 1.25 - 1.5 pounds (Junior Que for 11-16 years old).

Supplied Items
Grills, Coals, Work Table, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguishers, Paper Towels, Sanitizing Wipes, Hand Washing Stations, and Meat will be provided and available for each cook.
Cook's Items to Bring
Each Cook is responsible for providing their own cutlery, cutting boards, bowls, grilling tools (spatula, tongs, basting brush, apron, etc.), seasonings, garnish, mix-ins, buns (as applicable), toppings, etc. that they wish to use and have for the competition.
