Backyard cookers will be provided with approximately 20lbs of pork in the form of regular pork loins sponsored by Owatonna Hy-Vee. Attendees will vote on their favorite based on samples of pork loin tasted.
People’s Choice Awards are separate from the Backyard Series Competition.
