7:30 am-8:15 am	Styrofoam boxes distributed or picked up by teams
8:30 am	Mandatory Backyard Cooks' Meeting (Also, if any boxes to be picked up or distributed)
11:30 am	Judges' check-in
12:00 pm	Judges' meeting
1:00pm	Backyard Chicken turn-in
1:30pm	Backyard Ribs turn-in
2:00pm - 3:30pm	People's Choice Voting & Sampling
